Tim Grant

Meet Tim, industrium’s Co-Founder. Tim is a leader with a passion for how technology can improve situational awareness, operational excellence and decision making when the unexpected happens.   

Tim co-founded industrium with Morgan and is responsible for guiding industrium’s clients to make sure the demands of operational decision making is maximised both in the heat of incident management as well as day-to-day.

Originally from Plymouth, he started his career as a Captain in the British Army, including a four-year term with The Pathfinders, deploying on two operational tours of Afghanistan. Tim moved into the commercial sector working with Control Risks, then opening a UK office for an enterprise-wide risk management consultancy focusing on the mining and construction industries.

Following a successful transition from the military, Tim went on to lead crisis, incident and security management operations for the largest multinationals and government departments globally.  

Tim also sits on the advisory board for a successful aviation risk management technology company and owns a boutique set of coffee & casual dining outlets orientated to their local communities.
