Morgan W. Rees

Meet Morgan, industrium’s Founder and CEO. After many years working in global incident, medical & security management for major multinationals, Morgan started industrium to build out capabilities for improved decision making for when it matters most.

Originally from New Zealand, Morgan has spent most of his career growing revenues and businesses within complex B2B market segments. Notably, he successfully established and led a global business unit providing services to the offshore energy and maritime markets, growing the business to over $150million in revenues in three years.

He is also passionate about helping start-ups, SMEs and graduates in emerging markets, spending a number of years volunteering and working in Africa in a mix of companies and organisations. He is an active adviser to the company Flare, which is creating the next generation of emergency response for Africa.
