Meet Antonella, industrium’s Head of Business Operations. Antonella is a highly experienced financial consultant with over 10 years’ experience - primarily in transaction advisory at EY - where she was responsible for driving projects in oil and gas, extractives, retail, banking, telecom, to name a few.

Originally from Argentina, Antonella joined industrium to streamline business operations and drive project management, finance and operations processes. She'll also contribute to capital raising and resource optimization.

Having performed the successful valuation of leading international companies she led the assembly of business models, commercial operations, investments, divestments and strategic alliances.

As part of the Due Diligence team, Antonella advised and ran financial and accounting due diligence for the M&A process for international leaders, which included oil and gas deals as large as £700M. She also led several engagements supporting strategic and private equity clients with build, buy and sell strategy.
